       He is the 13th Etsu Nupe, a distinguished First-Class Traditional Ruler and retired Brigadier General of the Nigerian Army. Born in 1952 into the enlightened family of Late Abubakar Nakodi Nupe and Hajiya Habiba Bantigi, he received early Islamic and Western education, progressing through Bida East and Sabongida Primary Schools, Government College Sokoto, Kano Commercial College, and Kaduna Polytechnic before joining the Nigerian Defence Academy in 1972. Over a remarkable 28-year military career, he held several prestigious command and leadership positions, served in peacekeeping missions across Africa, and earned multiple national and international military honours. Following his retirement in 2003, he ascended the throne of his forebears and was officially presented the Staff of Office in 2004. Etsu Yahaya Abubakar has since become a beacon of leadership, development, and peace, championing education, agriculture, and small-scale industries through initiatives such as EDU-Soko Farms Limited. Nationally recognised with the CFR honour, he serves as Chairman of the Abuja National Mosque Management Committee, Chancellor of two Nigerian universities, and Chairman of the Coordinating Committee of the National Council of Traditional Rulers. A distinguished publisher, education advocate, and entrepreneur, widely recognised as the founder and Managing Director of Extension Publications Limited. Born on 4th January 1970, he began his academic journey at Onireke Grammar School, Ibadan, and earned a BSc in Chemistry/Education from the University of Ilorin in 1992. Driven by a passion for publishing, he obtained a Master’s and later a PhD in Publishing and Copyright Studies from the University of Ibadan. A former staff of Onibonoje Publishers, he established Extension Publications in 2004, which has grown into a renowned educational publishing house with national and West African reach. The company’s high-quality books have been consistently adopted by WAEC and NECO as set texts for terminal examinations, contributing significantly to the nation’s educational and professional development. A member of several prestigious bodies including NIPSS, NPA, IPA, APNET, and WIPO, he is also an alumnus of New York University and the London School of Economics. In recognition of his cultural and educational contributions, he was honoured as Jagun Agba-Oye of Ibadanland by the late Olubadan, Oba Saliu Adetunji. Beyond publishing, Chief Obiyinka has established ventures in hospitality, printing, construction and international trade. He is a philanthropist who annually supports top-performing students at his alma mater, the Universities of Ibadan and Ilorin. A passionate traveller, table tennis enthusiast, and networker, he is married and blessed with children.

A seasoned professional with over four decades of experience spanning accountancy, legal practice, taxation, and business consultancy. Born over 70 years ago in Ile-Ife, Osun State, he began his academic journey at Saint John’s Grammar School, later graduating in Accountancy from The Polytechnic Ibadan in 1980. A Chartered Accountant since 1982 and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) since 2009, he expanded his expertise by earning a Law degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2009 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011. His professional affiliations include memberships of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Nigerian Institute of Management, ISACA, and the Chartered Institute of Auctioneers. With a career that began in institutions like The Polytechnic Ibadan and ZO Ososanya & Co., he transitioned into full-time practice in 1989, founding Olabisi Fayombo & Co (Chartered Accountants), which offers services encompassing audit, tax, legal, IT, PPP, and business strategy. His firm serves a wide spectrum of clients, including government agencies, multinational corporations, and SMEs across sectors such as real estate, oil and gas, manufacturing, agriculture, finance and hospitality. He currently serves on several boards and has chaired the UACN Statutory Audit Committee since 2005. Fayombo is a consummate professional known for his integrity, depth of knowledge, and commitment to excellence in professional service delivery.

Engr. Abiodun Kehinde Ahmadu is a distinguished Civil Engineer, visionary entrepreneur and Chairman of the Ahmak Group—an expansive conglomerate with interests in construction (roads and buildings), real estate, plant and equipment procurement, agro-allied ventures including a modern abattoir, and the oil and gas sector. Born on 23rd August 1952, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and an MBA from the University of Ibadan. A Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, the Nigerian Institute of Management, and the Nigerian Institute of Building, he is also registered with COREN. With a solid track record of executing high-impact public contracts across the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, Engr. Ahmadu has earned a reputation as a thinker, strategist, and dynamic leader who blends vision with action. His enterprises are known for integrity, innovation, and delivery excellence. At the peak of his professional prowess, he remains passionately driven by new challenges across both public and private sectors. Chief (Mrs) Obiyinka is a dynamic professional and Director at Extension Publications Limited, where she serves as the Head of Administration and Legal Affairs. With a foundation in education through a Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE), she has been instrumental in aligning the company’s vision with the objectives of Nigeria’s Basic Education programme. Her dedication to lifelong learning led her to pursue a Law degree at Lead City University, Ibadan, followed by training at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. Beyond her role in publishing, Chief (Mrs) Obiyinka is a successful entrepreneur in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, managing a high-performing distribution depot that services numerous retail outlets. Her multifaceted career combines a strong grasp of educational content delivery, corporate governance, and business strategy, all of which underscore her significant contributions to both the publishing and FMCG industries.

Olawale Ogunyemi holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State in 2004, and BSc in Psychology from the University of Ibadan in 2011. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) and also a certified Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM); currently a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). He has worked in various private organisations such as manufacturing, pharmaceutical, NGO, and publishing firms for close to twenty years. He is a seasoned Administrator, Certified Human Resource Practitioner and Entrepreneur. Olawale is married and blessed with two beautiful daughters.

By maintaining sharp focus on budget monitoring, taxation, accounting reconciliation, audit management, financial control, financial performance management, project management and team leadership/building, Gbenga leads the financial reporting of Extension Publication Limited. He is committed to team building and restructuring to ensure that the relevant skills and capacities are built in our Finance and Accounting department. His aim is to lay a foundation for proactive enterprise risk management in the organisation. Gbenga Adebile has vast experience in Accounting and Finance and has contributed to the growth of the organisation.

John Ajayi Ikhide has been in the marketing field for close to three decades. Having previously worked at Macmillan Nigeria Publishers as a team of the marketing department, he is presently the head of marketing department, and is responsible for planning and executing the company’s marketing programme and strategies. John Ajayi has an HND in Marketing from Kano State Polytechnic, Nigeria. He is married and blessed with children.

As internal control manager with cognate work experience that has spanned over three decades, Rose is responsible for ensuring that the operational risks in the business are well defined. She serves as the lead in the Operations team to ensure that business processes and procedures are strictly adhered to. She has established a good internal control system, provided training and coaching on best procurement practices, established proper management policy and templates, as well as ensured fair and transparent procurement structures. Rose Okoro is a Chartered Accountant (ACA, 2008). She obtained a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri, and a PGD from Imo State University. She is certified in the operation of several accounting software packages: ACUMEN, SAGE 50, BUSYWIN and ADVANCED EXCEL; and attended several ICAN MCPE training courses from 2009 to 2019. She is married and blessed with children.

Gbenga Adefila is the ICT Manager. A thoroughbred, safety driven professional with over twenty years’ experience in engineering and information technology, his experience cuts across ICT, educational, industrial and consultancy services. He has acquired leadership and marketing skills as a result of his wealth of experience, having worked in multicultural environments. A graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Ilorin, he started his career as Technical Support Officer at General Data Engineering Services Ltd (SKANNET) Ibadan and later rose to the post of Manager, Ilorin Business District. He proceeded to Landmark University Omu-Aran as Senior Systems Engineer. He was at Independent Project Monitoring Company, Ikoyi, Lagos as the Information and Communications Technology Manager and later joined Extension Publications Limited. Gbenga is happily married and blessed with children.
